Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Bellydance Gift Vouchers

• All the personal information you provide as part of the purchase process is kept in strictest confidence and will not be shared with anyone else. It will only be used to contact you regarding your purchase. If you would like to receive information about special offers and forthcoming events, please type 'INFO' into the 'Instructions to Seller' box as part of the Paypal transaction.


• Bellydance Gift Vouchers are currently not available for postal addresses outside of the UK.


• Once you have purchased a Bellydance Gift Voucher(s) there are strictly no refunds.


• Bellydance Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.


• No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged Bellydance Gift Vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded or replaced.


• Each Bellydance Gift Voucher will be despatched to the address identified in the Paypal transaction with blank 'From' and 'To' spaces, unless you clearly specify otherwise (see below). Bellydance Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by the person named on the front of the voucher.


• If you wish your Bellydance Gift Vouchers to be sent to an address other than your own, please type 'OTHER' in the 'Instructions to Seller' box in the Paypal transaction. You will be contacted via email for details.


• Purchased Bellydance Gift Vouchers will be despatched within 10 working days of the date of purchase via UK Royal Mail Second Class post. Once Bellydance Gift Vouchers have been posted, Desna cannot accept any responsibility for them.


• Each Bellydance Gift Voucher is valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date shown on the front of the voucher.


• Bellydance Gift Vouchers can be only be redeemed against the service or product identified on the front of the voucher. Once the voucher is redeemed the user will be subject to the terms and conditions of that service or product. Please note, Desna currently teaches only in Lancaster, UK. • Bellydance Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and Desna reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, altered, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.


• Bellydance Gift Vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online.
